4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

We process orders within 1 business day and ship via trusted carriers. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–4 business days. Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly. Refunds are issued within 14 business days after the return is received and inspected.

All designs, logos, and website content are owned by The New Confident Fashion LLC and protected under copyright law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written consent.
