1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. Return Process

  • Email support@thenewconfident.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide a return shipping label or instructions.
  • Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving approval.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, please specify when requesting a return. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
