We proudly deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. **At this time, international shipping is not available.** We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

 

1. Order Processing

 

   
• **Processing Time:** Once your payment is successfully confirmed, order preparation typically takes **1–2 business days**.
   
• **Cut-off Time:** Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on regular business days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.
   
• **Delays:** If we anticipate any delay due to high volume or inventory issues, we will notify you immediately via email.
 

 

2. Transit Time

 

Transit time usually takes between **2 to 4 business days** from the time your order has been processed and shipped. If you haven’t received your order after 7 business days from the ship date, please contact us immediately.

 

3. Shipping Partners

 

We partner with well-established domestic carriers including: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Our system automatically selects the best available carrier based on your location for the fastest and safest delivery.

 

4. Shipping Cost

 

We charge a **flat shipping rate of $6.99** for all domestic orders. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
